Everything we sell at the Amelia Island Gift Shop is backed by our guarantee of satisfaction. Our clothing, beach gear and other new items are all the best available in the market today. The jewelry is handmade and uses native Amelia Island parts where possible. Although our art and photography are limited editions and the historic items are unique; all are originals and there are no copies or reproductions.

Of course, we want you to be the final judge of quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to replace it or give you your money back.

RETURNS

Amelia Island Gift Shop's return policy is very simple. If, for any reason, you do not like the product when you receive it, simple re-box it in the original shipping carton (if available) and return it to us by U.S. mail. You must return the unwanted item within five days of receipt, include the shipping invoice with your order, and note on the shipping invoice the reason for your return. Products must also be in the condition you received them in.

Sample reasons you could use for your return:

Sample #1: I am returning this because it's the wrong color
Sample #2: I am returning this because it's the wrong size
Sample #3: I love this but I should never have bought it as it put me over my credit card limit.

Once we have received it we will refund your payment in the same fashion as you originally paid us. For example, if paid by PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account. If paid by personal check, we will refund with our company check.

Refunds are sent within 5 days of the receipt of your returned item. We also pay the return postage.

** Be sure to insure that the package is secure, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
